Shani has always kept me informed as to any changes that I need to make in my policies and I'm grateful to her for the diligence. I’ve begun to notice that Shani has been quietly growing her agency into a larger presence. Debbie has been the stalwart professional in the office with Ashley there for a number of years now. Today I have met the next agent to come into the office, Jennifer. Very nice conversation with her and it looks like Shani will be able to continue providing the five star service she always has!
